About This Policy
Dreambuilders Church (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Dreambuilders mobile application (the “App”).
This policy complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Personal Information You Provide
When you create an account or use our App, we may collect:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and password
- Profile Information: Any additional details you choose to share in your profile

Guest Users
You can use many App features without creating an account. Guest users:

- Microsoft OneNote Integration: Your OneNote user ID and connection status (to sync your personal notes) Important: We do not store your passwords for Elvanto or OneNote. These services use secure OAuth authentication, which means you log in directly with those services, and we only receive a secure connection token - never your actual login credentials.

Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures including:

- User Isolation: Your data is completely separate from other users - no one else can see your integration IDs, notes, or personal information
- Regular Security Updates: We regularly update our security measures and monitor for threats
Data Access
- Your Data is Private: Other app users cannot access your personal information, integration IDs, or notes
- Limited Staff Access: Our technical staff may access data only for support purposes or system maintenance
- Third-Party Integrations: Elvanto and OneNote data is only accessed when you specifically connect these services
Third-Party Integrations
How Integration Authentication Works
Both Elvanto and OneNote integrations use OAuth 2.0 authentication, which means:
- You log in directly on their official websites (not in our App)
- We never see or store your passwords for these services
- We only receive a secure access token that allows the App to access your data
- You can revoke this access at any time through our App settings
Elvanto Church Management System
When you connect to Elvanto:
- We store your Elvanto user ID and a secure access token (not your password)
- This allows the App to retrieve your roster information and service assignments
- You authenticate directly with Elvanto’s secure login system
- You can disconnect this integration at any time in the App settings
Microsoft OneNote
When you connect to OneNote:
- We store your OneNote user ID and a secure access token (not your password)
- This allows you to sync your personal notes across devices
- You authenticate directly with Microsoft’s secure login system
- You can disconnect this integration at any time in the App settings
Integration Privacy
- Integration IDs are linked only to your account and are not visible to other users
- We do not share your integration data with other third parties
- You maintain full control over these connections
Tithely Giving Platform
Tithely is accessed through a direct link in the App:
- The App does not collect or store any financial information
- The App does not process any payment or donation data
- All giving transactions happen directly on Tithely’s secure platform
- Your financial information is handled entirely by Tithely under their privacy policy
- While Dreambuilders Church receives donation information through our Tithely account, this data is not accessed by or stored in the mobile app
